Classical Riding: How to mentally dominate half pass
I am currently having a little problem with spending half. More specifically, half step to the left. Somewhere along the line I am convinced that I can not. Beau can make a pass near perfect half. I know he can, because I've seen him take my friend Sylvia Lake politely through my school, without exerting himself in the least. So I know my horse can do it. The problem me. I can not.
Given that I have written nearly half a dozen articles on the limiting beliefs, find myself at the mercy of that belief wrong, obviously, is humbling, to say the least.
It makes no difference. Still I can not.
You may be familiar with the concept that your beliefs create your reality. A belief is a thought that has been repeated many times in your mind you know it's true. Sometimes the things we really are true, but other times we fooled into believing something is true, even if it is not. I am convinced that I can do half pass to the left. The strangest thing is that it can do it without thinking of the right. Always could. I have only to think of "spend half right" and leaves. I have the distinct impression that my mind is playing with me.
How does this fit together? I'm so convinced that I can do half pass to the right as I am convinced that he can not do on the left. If somehow manage to suppress the conviction that I can do half pass to the left, the smallest obstacle that meeting is going to convince me that my belief original was right: I have what it takes!
To change my limiting beliefs I have to be willing to question its validity. Once one reaches be fully aware of the inaccuracy of limiting beliefs, is a simple matter to begin to change them and replace them with more positive beliefs. The good news is that once they begin to question their beliefs and act differently, eventually creating a new test that belief is true, which eliminates the old, limiting belief!
Statements. I have also written several articles about allegations. I think I have a list of tips somewhere that can help me write statements effective for eradicating limiting beliefs …
Here it is. Claims must be:
1) Expressed at the present time. You do not want to say, "I learn to ride a half step to the left "because that makes it sound like you get around to it someday. Instead you might say," I choose to mount media step to the left effectively. "The wording of this statement does two things: that authorizes the addition of the words" choose ", and puts the period at the time present.
2) credible. At the same time, his claims must be credible to you. If you tried to say, "I am better way to pass the rider in the world" you can not really believe that, so your subconscious mind can reject it. Instead, try to focus on process rather than an end result of your statements.
3) Put an appropriate tone. By reciting affirmations, you can do it aloud or just mentally, but should focus heavily on the tone you use. Instead of saying the words without emotion, as if reading a newspaper very inject an element of focus and determination in them. Your subconscious mind picks up on the emotional aspect of what is said rather than the actual words. Imagine the difference between saying the words, "really set a good half pass to the left" in a sarcastic tone.
4) repeated frequently. Once you have some statements made to work on their self-esteem, try to say several times a day. Remember, your subconscious is constantly playing old messages, negative, so you want to offset as much as possible.
5) Taking into account the working time. For Finally, remember to take time to change old messages, negative in your mind to something more positive. It can take several weeks or even months before you notice an obvious difference, and you may be tempted to think that it is not working. Keep with it, and patience and perseverance will be rewarded!
I sincerely hope it will not take so long. Better start time.
I'm riding to spend half left gracefully and effortlessly.
