The Israel-Palestine situation become Achilless America and the world of financial heel? ?
Why not a politician say anything? It's a risky situation and nobody wants to touch. A peaceful resolution of the surface needs. The anger at this situation by some could cause countries like Iran to get involved, then the U.S. will be involved. With our financial situation as a catastrophe can deepen our financial wounds and make us vulnerable. There should be a peaceful way to end the cycle of mid-east war and hatred.
Well, while Americans our country has a history of giving Israel a blank check. In addition, accounting is not required in regard to foreign aid Israel receives. And all the proposals UN peace on Israel and Palestine are continually vetoed by the powerful United States (now the record is about 70 years, probably risen because of the situation.) So if anything, do not think our country is going to try to do nothing but empty words and meaningless political gestures.
