What would I need bicycle wheel for a trip of 80?
I can not remember what type bike shop, he said, but he was in something like "hub" freewheel "or something. What makes this so different from typical wheel, so to speak? not understand his explanation why I could not get any wheel of the bicycle with the right size and slap him. If any help, the tube inside the wheel size is 700 x 23C.
Here is a couple of answers that may be a bit misleading. Any 700c wheels should work as long as it fits between the frame correctly. However, not to be confused with "free wheel" and "cassette", look the same on the outside but are very different "just like riding the wheel. A free wheel is a gear set that screws into the wheel hub. A cassette is a set of gears that slides on the hub and be done with a lock nut. If you really need to replace the whole wheel, I recommend you take a good bike shop and ask for help. Find out how you can save by reusing their Parts of age in a new wheel and see if it is even worth it. It will also be able to help you choose a disk that is compatible with your old parts if it is worth reusing.
