this bike is worth?

I have a set of wheels and a single speed. my question is – this bike is worth that price? if not how much do you think would be reasonable? Also I have to buy any crank again if you want to do this a single speed or I can use and only has Rebolt in the smallest gear?
In no way is worth $ 250 ….!!! As for the old vintage steel bikes go, the Pugeots are decent, but remain just cheaper very old bikes. I have a friend who has that exact bike updated a few parts on it … for a decent ride commuter or around town beater bike. I think this guy is just hoping to take advantage of some cyclists uninformed you want to take the urban / vintage / simple / train young woman who is so popular now. Honestly, $ 100 is too much for the bike, even in good shape. You probably can turn the crank on the bike to singlespeed, but you have to play with a bit string line, either through the use of spacer plate bolt Hub / plate adjustment, or a different bottom bracket. You almost certainly need to pick up some short stack bolts one dish if you run a single ring (you can pick up in store for …. bmx Cheap about half of what most bike shops charge for them in a "roadie" version ….. the same.) Good luck with the negotiation or search for a different bike … have fun with the conversion, too …. fun! : O)
