Why do my legs hurt from standing for more walking and running?
Hello, over the past seven months I have had muscle weakness in arms and legs. I'm still waiting for a diagnosis. Something I've noticed is that my legs feel weak Always when cycling, climbing stairs, bending, and standing, but they feel less weak to walk or jog, run or even in a good rhythm. This is because different muscles are used in different situations. My legs still bother to run, but I can run a lot easier than I can climb stairs, etc. Is there any reason for it. Any help greatly appreciated.
It takes less stress for walking or running and more pressure on your legs to climb stairs because they are pushing a weight with your muscles. Keep it up and squat legs and will be stronger.
