career in sales? I'm thinking about changing careers, and some wonderful advice and suggestions.?

Now I'm asking specifically about sales. A woman in the late 50's, do not like working in a store or a waitress, but thinking about sales. The sale of health insurance, cars, jewelry, real roots or coincides with what works best? What's in a good performance and how difficult it is to enter into this type of work. I have a high school diploma, experience extensive computer, love riding horses, motorcycles and sewing. Any suggestions from you about what worked for you?

You are heroes career change to the age you are now. There is too much discrimination in any job in which to meet with the public. Companies want young people to ask customers customers and, in general, to represent their company. I lived and my friends have also experienced. Many companies encourage early retirement, or degrade, or anything you can think of giving a back seat position. As for health insurance, which is about a man's field. And there are some companies observing the tactics barely within the law. Take advantage of elderly members Ories failure not remember whether they had made their payments al-list, for example. My husband was left in the lurch once think that even working for a company to focus on health insurance. The owner took the money and cleared. What a surprise it was. And the season Christmas was upon us. That put us in a fast fast downward spiral. That leaves us with a bad outcome. He has worked in another safe place, and sold "term" insurance. And just ecked to life. They sell cars for several years as a middle-aged man and a woman had was for sale. He did well, but looked quite it, which earned sales. That usually is a vocation Mans, and the boys are back Stabbers. They usually get only the minimum wage when cars do not sell well. Like this time of year to February. Real estate is more bad everywhere. Many states had construction going on, and now homes are being auctioned off, because you can not sell. More payments are due, what can now get for them. I read this line in the commentary news and viewing this topic discussed on television. So real estate and auto sales are areas to avoid for the moment. That is, unless you live North Carolina where I read that is booming right now. People move there cheaper real estate. This is how it was here in the Northwest not many years ago. And the builders of houses built on and condos and apartments. Now many are empty. And construction workers are out of work this Christmas season. I know three men who are in this position. One began to drive a car for medical transportation to collect enough to live. Sales do not probably be collected until March. Just my husband working life in retail, I know this is true. I have a friend who just left them off Sales by telephone from a leading manufacturer of fitness equipment at home. She was one of their best sellers. And she does enough in his SS to live comfortably. Y that's what this is all about. Doing enough while working to ensure a decent paycheck SS later. Very few of us. As for jewelry sales, I'd be working for independent shops, and no previous experience of jobs starting in the back most likely. Because jewelry is a luxury and not a need to be "feast of famine in the line. So the best thing is looking at a job that requires extensive computer experience and I hope that are not "qualified." You can try to property management. Working in a community office rental property. Our daughter was this line of work for a few years to learn more computer programs. That could mean showing vacant apartments as well. He worked two properties different and stood out enough to become a property manager. So she has a free apt. and only had to pay utilities. And she has a decent monthly salary. But she was very young then. Well dressed to greet the public. It's definitely over the image to represent the companies in those days. That could well be caught in the line that has been working for a while. Retail sales will be zero for the next two months at least. So you have to consider that. Only you know what would be most comfortable doing. And then see what those jobs pay. Real estate, of course, requires that school property roots. Then you have to pay to get your license and must pass the test to get one. By car or any sales, you have to be a good "more close. "Someone who can cinch a sale by means of persuasion and a great personality in general. Tho Again, they want people with experience in this field. They want a particular age group. When my husband thought of working in car sales before retiring again, walked in two places and states that each manager were interested in young men between 20 and 30 who were "eager beavers". And my husband was in his late 50's after. No matter he had plenty of experience in car sales or even been in management. Younger ages, feel more hireable. So I wish you luck and success in finding what you are looking for in the new year.
