What are some tips to fill the interior of the shoes on my bike?
I need some tips to help you get the most padding on the template the shoes of my bike without my shoes to be cramped. Now I have dr. shcols air pillow insoles, but it seems I need more padding. In fact, only flat feet. My reason being is that I have Morton's neuroma in both feet or even slighest the amount of pressure against a hard surface causes problems.
I would suggest go to your nearest Shimano footwear center custom fit, your shoes. These shoes then put a glove lke so I would think that cutting points pressure. Hope that helps.
