Does Shimano XTR rear derailer work with a gear 8 speed?
I have a Schwinn bike hard, and I'm looking to upgrade after I started my derailer past. I might consider a XTR front derailer as well. This is a Mountain Bike now the derailer broke Relief, who worked decent, but the front is really slow Relief and rough … even after fine tuning
Hey, yeah man … Just put the screws limit. Are the levers that determine the space of gears. The derailler just does the job. Also, keep in mind, derailler is only part of their displacement. If brings Deore shifters or better, you'll notice a nice improvement. This is what I do. 1. screw the two screws limit (L, H), and the two barrel adjusters (shifter and derailler).
